Puerto Rican Rub

This rub is fantastic on pork, chicken, beef, seafood….etc. I highly recommend this spice mixture to anyone that likes a little something different!

Makes: 1/3 cup

Here’s what you’ll need:

crumble, pork kabobs, etc 006

3/4 Tbsp kosher (or sea) salt

1 1/2 Tbsp oregano leaves

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp black pepper

2 tsp dried sage

1/4 cup olive oil (drizzle on meat prior to adding seasoning)

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine the salt, oregano leaves….

Add garlic powder….

Black pepper and sage….

Stir with your fingers and rub all over the meat that you’re planning on cooking….you may not use all of the rub. (It can be kept in an air tight container).
