I don’t know if I had mentioned this at any other time, but I have had Lap-Band surgery and I do actually eat very healthy such as exercising my knowledge in portion sizes and learning how to count my calories. However, I love counting calories and this little lunch number is 234 calories! It is very fulfilling and very tasty! It’s great for a quick lunch and definitely easy to make! Enjoy!
Makes: 1 wrap
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 flatbread/wrap (Italian Herb flavored was my preferred choice)
2 slices ultra thin swiss cheese
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 cup spring mix salad
2 slices (1 oz each) deli sliced ham
2 slices (1 oz each) deli sliced turkey
Place flatbread on surface, thinly spread 2 tsp of dijon mustard on flatbread….
Place swiss cheese on top of dijon mustard…
Layer 1/2 of the spring mix over the swiss cheese….
Place 2 slices of deli ham or turkey over the spring mix….
Repeat for 2nd layer and wrap carefully, making sure to keep it all in line and together. Cut in half….
