Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 (16 oz) pkg little smokies sausages
Turn on a 2 – quart crock pot to low setting. Spray crock insert with non-stick cooking spray, and let it heat up to desired temp. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, orange juice concentrate, mustard, and vinegar. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Add sausages, and stir until all sausages are coated. Toss into crockpot.
These are tangy and sweet! I made them for a friend’s cookout and they were definitely a big hit!
